Introductory offer and starter path
New customers may purchase one introductory offer per person and household: UAH 499 for 14 days, payable by card. The three-visit starter path includes three scheduled visits within 14 days, a written welcome plan, standard equipment use and email support on business days. Travel, extra services and products are excluded. The offer is not combinable with other promotions or transferable.
Renewal, duration and expiry
Unless cancelled before the expiry date, membership renews monthly at UAH 1 290 on the same calendar day. Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance. Membership is personal, begins on payment and ends with the paid period; unused visits expire and are not refundable. You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase while the service is not fully performed and receive a full refund of the introductory price. Cancel by writing to contact@nymveria.com. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days. This follows Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023.
Complaints
Send complaints to contact@nymveria.com; we reply within 30 days. You may appeal to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or a court under Law No. 3153-IX.

We process your name, phone and email on the basis of consent to answer your request, under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3687-IX dated 17 June 2024.
