03 / Starter path

Your first three visits, in a fixed order

Every beginner follows the same sequence: a short introductory lesson, an equipment orientation, then a four-week beginner class program. Each visit has a set length and a set number of places. The three visits cost 1,200 UAH together, stay valid for 30 days, and are bought once.

  • 70 sq m single studio room
  1. 01

    Introductory lesson

Forty-five minutes with four people. We walk through breathing, sitting and standing positions, and the speed a class actually moves at, so the room stops feeling unfamiliar.

  2. 02

    Equipment orientation

Thirty minutes to set up a mat, adjust a reformer for your height, and place blocks and straps where the teacher asks. Twelve mats, four reformers and twelve blocks are in the room.

  3. 03

    First beginner class program

Four weekly classes of fifty minutes, capped at ten people. Week one stays seated and supported, and the pace increases only when the whole group keeps up with it.

05 / Questions

Beginner questions, answered plainly

How the first visits work, what the room holds, and what a place costs before you book. Anything still unclear can go to the studio inbox and gets an answer within one working day.

Do I need experience to join a class?

No. The starter path begins with a 45-minute introductory lesson capped at four people. The teacher walks through breathing, alignment, and how to enter and leave each position before you join a full class of ten.

What happens during equipment orientation?

Thirty minutes with a teacher on the reformer, the mats, the blocks, and the straps. You set your own spring settings, learn the safety stops, and practise two or three basic transitions so the first class is not spent looking at the machine.

How much is the starter path?

1,200 UAH for three visits: introductory lesson, equipment orientation, and one beginner class. It is valid for 30 days from purchase, paid once, and does not renew automatically. It never converts into a membership without your written confirmation.

What does a monthly membership cost?

2,900 UAH per month, renewed monthly from the date you join and cancellable before the next renewal date. The membership table lists intro lesson, orientation, class credits, and program length before the price.

How big are the classes?

Ten places per class, four in the introductory lesson. The room is 70 square metres and holds twelve mats, four reformers, and twelve blocks, so there is space to move without waiting for equipment.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing and water. Mats, blocks, straps, and reformers stay in the studio. Grip socks help on the reformer but are not required, and there are changing corners on site.

Can I move a booked class?

Yes, up to 12 hours before the start time through the studio inbox. Later changes use one class credit, and unused starter-path visits stay valid until the 30-day window closes.

The studio teaches movement. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition and makes no diet or weight-loss promises. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or managing a health condition, check with your doctor before your first lesson and tell the teacher at the door.
